Green ink usually denotes signature of gazetted person, it may be Notary, Officer who is gazetted and such person. There will be procedure for use of particular ink, we need to know whether it is in Notaries Act or other enactment.

No such enactment is avilable regarding use of any ink pen by Advocates or any one else there is no bar for using green ink. But for maintaining the decoram of the Court of law it should be avoided & other black or blue pens are suggested to be used.

No as there is no enactment which clearly states or bars a person from using a specific colour of ink. An advocate can use green ink.
