Signatures on 5rs ticket (court fees ticket) are not the signatures of complainant i.e forged

Hi Friends,
Around a month and a half back, my wife submitted an application in court through his counsel.
There are two 5rs ticket on the application.
The signatures on that 5rs ticket are forged and are not my wife's signature.
Anyone can identify them with bare eye. I missed it somehow and checked it day a week back and the signatures are different as i know she lives in a different city than the city where 498a case is going on.
Pls guide me and tell me how can i use this against her in the court and how can i challenge this that she is misguiding the court and anybody signs anywhere on her applications.
This will also draw her to court which she always do to avoid travelling to 498a city. And police is not presenting challan even after i have got bail almost an year back
Pls guide me as i see this as an opportunity related to forged signatures on 5Rs court fees ticket. Does this attract Sec 464 which says:-
"A person is said to make a false document- First.- Who dishonestly or fraudulently makes, signs, seals or executes a document or part of a document, or makes any mark denoting the execution of a document, with the intention of causing it to be believed that such document or part of a document was made, signed, sealed or executed by or by the authority of a person by whom or by whose authority he knows that it was not made, signed, sealed or executed, or at a time at which he knows that it was not made, signed, sealed or executed; "

concentrate on the case filed by your wife . rather than fling fresh case on your wife . you will end up spending more money on legal fees and running around courts

Pls guide me y so ??
She files false cases and making me run around d courts despite the fact she is not attending the courts and someone else is signing the documents with forged signatures all the time.
Pls let me know above case attract 464 or anyother guidance could be useful. But i dont want to de-motivate myself that it will waste my money. Money does not matters at all......Getting the justice against such unscrupulous ladies is the utmost proiority.

Signature of a person is challenges by him/her, it can not deprived you by any means or cause any harm to you. Moreover, you can file a petition in the same court stating all facts.

If your wife has not signed the petition or subsequent documents and have been produced with the signature of some other person then such event is a fraud with the court and such person along-with your wife and her lawyer can be punished. This is a crime punishabele under sections 420/467/468/471/120B IPC.

Petition under section 340 Criminal Procedure Code is being attracted in such situation.

As per your statement, her Advocate signed it too.
However, as you intend to run " will also draw her to court", it will serve your purpose.

collect certified true copy of forged signed appl, first./
Apply for Hand writing Expert's opinion, get it examined with her VP and get report.
