whether RTI ACT2005 is applicable for district court, whether i can seek information via RTI ACT from the court
Sailesh Kumar Shah (Expert) 24 February 2012
Can i know that you are seeking which type of information?

If relating to case, in which you are not party then you can directly get certify copy of order, if disposed.

In case, you are party in case, you can get certify copy, whether case is disposed or not.
