Dear fellow SKJ,
As a professional, here we are supposed to share information and bring legal clarity, if we have on the matter rather than irresponsibly passing such remarks.
Please appreciate that many private schools take benefit of the system and engage teachers at much lower salary sometimes even less than the min. wages of the state.
As per the CBSC affiliation bye-laws, if a private unaided school has taken affiliation from the CBSC Board, the school is required to keep the salaries of its teaching staff not less than the salary of the corresponding teacher of the Govt. schools.
You didn’t refer the state, where you are operation as you can also refer to the state Education Act/ Rules of that state, which has granted recognition to this school. All such state education statutes also stipulates that the salaries should be a par with Government sector.
You can make complaint to district Education office or the Director, Education of that state.
