1. The procedural laws are applicable in all instances.
2. Yes, the respondents will be permitted to file their written statement.
3. The only step would not be followed is that the court will not take in fresh evidences.
4. If need be for further in depth discussion you may get my contact details by clicking my name shown in the L.H.S. margin of this reply format.

Mr.RK Nanda,
on what criterion you are labelling a query as academic.
If you feel, you have every liberty not to answer a query, but dont label it,as if you are sole authority to decide such matters.
mind it I am also one among the expert panels.

der Mr.Gabriel sir, do you feel my query as an academic one?
even if it is,let whoever like answer it.
I have been in this forum for the last five years in the exper panel too.
I am a social worker.whatever information,I gained from here or elsewhere being utilised for the welfare of the society freely.
dear nadeem, the intention of the forum is not that.if people can meet lawyers locally and read procedural books, what is our role?

Dear Mahendrakumar,You just visit the query 'Second wife and childs rights in father job and property'where you can find a healthy discussion, though experts differ in in finding solution to query.Such attitude will be of great help.

Mr.Mahendrakumar, you claim to be a social worker and using the knowledge for the benefit of the society. Mr.Nanda did not come in the way by asking others not to reply. He felt that it is academic query. By looking into the language, it appears to be academic. You are an expert for 5 years can't you find out the solution by reading books instead of getting annoyed on seniors like Mr.Nanda? I cannot use "mind it", but I can advise you to keep in mind that Your ranking as expert is 58 and Mr.Nanda stands at 6.

Such academic queries will be promptly answered by experts who are ready to make revenue through their opinions. Even in my opinion it is an academic query, if you are so much interested in helping others or doing social service, put your efforts to find out proper sources which will answer your query perfectly. Mr. Nanda is a senior supreme court advocate and an experienced expert here, his opinion cannot be criticised this way.

sorry,Mr.Nanda,I apologize for the inadvertent tone or language of the post.
however,I stood with the content of the post,as I feel,we should not categorise a query as academic one and leave it for the opinion of other experts, whoever like to answer the same.
