My Writ Petition was dismissed on 27.09.2011 by the High Court of Delhi and subsequent Review Petition was also dismissed on 30.10.2011 after hearing..Now I wanna to file the SLP before Supreme Court of India..Accordingly against which order the same is tenable 27.09.2011 in Writ Petition or 20.10.2011 in Review Petition or BOTH??

The original order of Dismissal of the WP. However the order of dismissal of review should also be stated.
