ONE GIRL IS SENDING ABUSIVE,INSULTING,HARRESSING SMS .
I NEVER MET HER.SHE IS SOMEHOW RELATED TO MY NEFEW.
THEY WERE LIVING TOGETHER .....DNT KNOW THEIR RELATIONSHIP STATUS .IF THEY ARE MARRIED OR NOT.
I NEED HELP .HW CAN I TAKE ACTION AGAINST HER!

you can make complaint at cyper crime, or make police complaint against them . what you said reason.

file a complaint before the police under ur jurisdiction alongwith the SMSs u had received, the police will do the necessary.
