Society meetings

If any registered society managing committee do not hold AGM or any other meetings to discuss any problem, What an individual member can take action against the said society bldg with regard to leakage problems faced even when the society is collecting repairing maintenance charges every month.
Three letters have been handed over to MC about my grievances but no action was initiated.

complain to DY Registrar coooperative Soceties if AGM is not held on time . if dispute is with society regarding leakage problem you can move cooperative court for necessary reliefs
