My uncle wants to gift his flat to me. Flat in housing society. What are the documents require? And NOC of society require for registration. Please guide.

For gift between family members NOC of society is not essential though it is prudent to get one.

Is uncle of donee means donor is husband of donee's mother's sister. Like donor is "maushji'' of donee.

How you are concerned with the gift/ present query? Presumably you are a student, isn't it?
It is the question of common sense and not a legal query.
Any one can donate any thing (which s/he owned)without consent of third person.

@Dr. JC Vashista. Sorry if i asked childish question. But my problem is registration office refused to register gift deed without NOC and society is not ready to give me NOC becouse they are having other issues and disputes so committee members have stopped working on such issues. Do i register without NOC and will they transfer share certificate after that. ?Hope they won't creat any problem. So i eagerly want to as per law.

The experts have very properly opined that NOC is not required for getting the execution of gift deed registered. You should ask the registrar's office to tell you the provisions of law seeking NOC from society for such acts.
