Hello Sir/Madam, I wanted to ask one question..it would be kind of u to answer.. Is society noc required or compulsory while giving your premises on leave and license basis ? Can you inform them later after leasing the property..? so that you can pay noc to the society..

yes society noc is must for giving flat on leave and license . further police verification is also a must

What if society noc is not taken..?
Still one cant be stopped from leasing their own premises..
or can they ?
Coz I had heard from someone that society noc is not required but one can just inform them about the deal...Will that be fine ?

read bye laws of society . it is condition precedent . if you have given flat without obtaining prior permission then society can take disciplinary action against the member .

Yes but if society has some grudge against the member and wont give permission then what..?
Even If all the dues are paid,
Even If the licensee is also a member of the same society..

Grudge has nothing to do with the procedure. NOC has not been applied to and lease has been made without permission so violation of laws has been made. If society deems fir, may regularize the violation and may issue NOC now.
