Hi!
I wanted to know that if the secretary and chairman of my society refuse to respond to the water supply problems. Even after discussing the same in Annual General Meeting and many written applications.
What legal action can I take?
We receive fairly sufficient quantity of water.Its the repair of the water pipes, that's what they are delaying.

secretary and chairman are not magicians . limited water supply is provided by muncipal corporation . based on water supply society will supply uou water for certian number of hours in a day .
if your society is receiving less water supply raise issue with muncipal coproration
