Respected Sirs/madams,
A society by name "vizianagaram zilla Bhavasara Kshatriya Sangam, Vizianagaram" situated at D/R No.7-3-3(1), Rangireeju Street, Vizianagaram was registered on dt. 30-10-1982 as No.68 of 1982 under society registration act at Registrar Office. And another society by name "Bhavasara Kshatriya Rangireeju Marata Sri Sri Sri Maridamma Alalyam Seva Sangam" situated 7-3-3(1) Bhavani bhavan, Rangireeju street,Vizianagaram was registered on 02-01-2012 as No.17/2012 under society registration act at Registrar Office.
In this connection submit that, the Registrar is saying that the name of the societies are not identical, and the old society was registered in 1982 by the then DR and the present society was registered in this year 2012 by the present registrar, as such the registrar office is not responsible for this. Under the circumstances what is the procedure to be followed what action to be taken to run only a society with the above name.
please give your valuable advise in the matter.

Generally two societies with same or identical names are not registered. What is material is the identical or similarity in the names, and not the place where the society is registered. In the case cited by you the names are not similar or identical so as to mislead any member of the public to mistake one for the other. Hence do not worry.
