Society under haryana co-op socities act 1984

Our group housing co-op society is registered under Haryana Co-Op Societies Act 1984. As per our bye laws there can be one member for each flat. Can some one on purchasing the flat execute the sale deed jointly in his/her name together with his/her spouse who is not a member. If this is not allowed but some member has executed such a sale deed, what is the status of his membership of the society?

Society bye-laws can not restrict purchaser buying property jointly.
In such case Society may induct only one of them as its Member.

flat can be bought in joint names . in share certifcate also name of both flat owners can be shown . society will deal only with person whose name stands first in share certifcate

I agree with the experts opinion that a property can be purchased on joint names for which the society cannot legally object.

Well advised, agree to it, society would entertain only one member from one flat, ownership of flat may be in more than one name.

Only flat owner on record can ign the sale deed.
