Dear Sir
Before pursuing legal remedies I suggest you to kindly approach your wife in person / her family and discuss the issues to find a amicable solution. You can discuss the matter of any mutual arrangement by which you and your wife shall have the custody of the children in a fair basis without approaching court.
You may take the assitance of common family friends and pursue the above talk.
Such talks shall be made such number of times till a solution is arrived.
If the talks fail, then you may approach the court for custody of children and you shall seek justice accordingly.
I don't understand how your wife could wrongly chargesheet against you as from the attached file I could not ascertain any wrong on your part.
