what is the time validity of a solvency certificate obtained today in Tamil Nadu? For getting this certificate, payment in challan and other expenses exceeds 2000 per lak and time delay etc.

5 years or until its possessor becomes disqualified to retain this certificate whichever is earlier.

Yes. In tamilnadu also solvency certificate valid for 5 years only.. Every year your property's worth will be increase. So you have to obtain renewaled certificate.
