Sourcing of property to an mnc for lease

(Querist) 06 May 2012 This query is : Resolved
AN OFFICE PREMISES MEASURING TO 100000 SQ FEET WAS SOURCED BY ME TO AN MNC.IN THE INITIAL STAGE THE CO WAS NOT SHOWING ANY INTEREST TO TAKE THE PREMISES ON LEASE.IT TOOK ALMOST 1 YEAR FOR THEM TO DECIDE AND GO FOR THE PROPERTY.MANY OF THEIR TOP OFFICIALS VISITED THE SITE AND FINALLY DECIDED TO GO FOR IT. WHEN I PUT UP MY SERVICE CHARGES, THEY SIMPLY REJECTED IT STATING THERE IS NO CONTRACT.THE ENTIRE EMAIL CORRESPONDENCE PERTAINING TO THE PROPOSAL FROM START TO FINISH ARE WITH ME.THEY HAVE TAKEN MY SERVICE UPTO NEGOTIATION OF THE LEASE AMOUNT.IS THERE ANY WAY I CAN GET JUSTICE FOR THE SERVICE THAT I HAVE PROVIDED TO THE LESSEE? IN THEIR REPLY THEY HAVE STATED THAT THE LESSOR HAS TAKEN CARE OF THE SERVICE CHARGES AND IN THE ABSENCE OF A CONTRACT THE CLAIM COULD NOT BE ENTERTAINED.

The reply of the company is self explanatory. If you deal in property matters then you might be having knowledge that generally MNC follow written contracts and Indian Dalal type daling has no place in their working.

You have no claim against MNC.

Yes, Shri Raj Kumar Makkadji is right. And you should have taken some advance money for this service providing as these people use a tactice of use and throw.
