House situated at Jaipur, Come under Jaipur Nagar Nigam. I dont have any approved plan from authority for reconstruction.

You should not made any construction exceeding your boundaries. If there is excess space around your plot you can use it after prior permission of JNN.
A V Vishal (Expert) 09 September 2010
Point 1. It will be bad in law if you start construction without approval of the nagar nigam.

Point 2. You need to adhere to the prescribed norms.

Point 3. The nigam has right to demolish the house if it finds that the construction is illegal without prior approval and not as per norms.

It will be at your own risk if you take up and proceed with the construction.
Adv Archana Deshmukh (Expert) 09 September 2010
Yes, as Vishal sir said, the nagar nigam can demolish the construction if it is done without approval. So, it is better you first obtain the requisite permission and then start the construction as per the approved plan.
