i have decree for execution of sale deed in my favour which was passed in the year 1993. possession of the property was also given to me unfortunately i could not get the sale deed executed at that time entire sale consideration was paid i am in possession of the property since last 20 years. how do i perfect my title now. the original owner is not available can i file a suit for declaration what is the remedy

Who are the defendants in your suit.. Which is Already passed in favour of you.. Just ask that legal heirs to execute the sale deed in favour of you..
