The lower court has dismissed the petition of my brother for specific performance of sales agreement to sell my landed property. Now my brother is threatening to go all the way to Supreme court, just to harass me.Will the supreme court admit his petition assuming that the high court does not admit his appeal.

It's just fashionable to say that. People say that to intimidate their opponents that I'd fight all the way to the SC. If the court of original jurisdiction/first instance has dimsissed his suit. Then he would go in First Appeal followed by Second APpeal (always in High Court) - and then by an SLP in the Supreme Court. Directly SC won't entertain.

chances of supreme court interfering are belak if trial court and appellte court have passed judgement in your favour . your brother cannot directly go to SC
