I want to register educational trust under Indian Trust Act 1882.Will you pls guide me what documents are required to register trust deed. Also supply me specimen of affidavit and other application form

You did not mention the area where the Trust would be registered.
It is registered like any other sale deed at
least in the state of WB.
For draft you have to engage an advocate.
