Sirs, For Specipic Performence case can court fee paid instalments or any exemption or not paying court fees

There is no provision for payment of court fees in installments not its payment can be exempted. However its payment can be deferred if the court gives such liberty.

You have to pay court fees at time of filing of suit . it cannot be paid in installments
