Spelling mistake in surname on marriage certificate

Hello,
I am Ranjita.My Husband's name is Saket and his surname which is with 'v' that is savant. My marriage certificate has his surname written as Sawant. which is becoming a problem in my office as i have mentioned my Name as Ranjita Savant with V. So i dont know how to change the surname error in my marriage certificate and how quick can it be done. Please help me with any other solutions or anything which can be done easily and faster.

1. This are typographically mistake of no consequences. Evey one can over look such error.if you want to then you can make a request in writing to your department to understand the right issue in common sense.

Apply to the Registrar of Marriage Office which issued certificate to rectify the mistake.

how many days does it takes to rectify and get a new copy then...and if not rectified I hope I would not face any issue when i have to get my PF
