Hello Mr. Sanjeev,
The procedure in Maharashtra may be different than the procedure in Karnataka. Here, minimum 5 members are required to form a society. The society has to be registered with the Registrar, Cooperative Society. By laws of the society have to be framed and registered. Normally one gets standard by laws in book store. The fees would be different in Karnataka. A foreigner is not allowed to be a member of the society in Maharashtra. The other way is to form a Trust and register it with the Charity Commissioner. Registration forms are generally prescribed in both the cases in Appendix.

So first pls check whether it is applicable for "SPORTS".
