After the death of a Husband, the surviving wife gets automatic Gymkhana Membership right or application has to be made
Gymkhana Membership will terminate automatically on the death of a Member or Automatic status recognition for wife after death of husband .
At present our Gymkhana is saying that since you have not informed us ,your membership has been terminated

It depends upon terms and conditions of club membership.

you have to intimate club of death of member . enclose death certifcate .wife has to make an application for gym khana membership . if as per bye laws of club widow can apply for membership then she should apply . admission as member is at discretion of club

"It depends upon terms and conditions of club membership."is right choice.
Normally a membership is not a inheritable right unless expressly conferred by club upon member at the time of admission as per bylaws of the club.
In case bylaws are mum it shall not devolve on his wife on death of husband member.
