Respected Sir/Madam
My grandmother have a flat in sra after she died the flat allotment letrwr was given in my uncle name as when the agreemnt has made it was in grandmother and uncle name..now uncle has also died ...so want to knw the building has just completed 10 years... so as the builder told as the building will get register aftr 10 years of complete so what will be the stamp duty and registration fee...and ia der will be proper stamp duty or registration or not...becz society chairman n secretary told there will beno stamp duty n registration is it true or not please help me

Some thing legally is wrong, You need to show to SRA office or you need to check all things with advocate who can study the transaction and property details .
Once project is completed , builder /financier get his profit in form of TDR , or flats which he can sell in market and society too is formed early.
Some thing is wrong or wrong impression is given to you

Madhu stamp duty registration fee isder for Sra FLAT MY grandmother was alloted flat in sra scheme and after my uncle died wht necessary action shld be taken to transfer the flat in my aunty name or we have to registar the flat in my aunty name through sra office

Stamp duty is required to be paid on registration as it is not free. There may be possibility that the same has already been paid by your grandma. It requires proper checking from the concerned office.

Raj kumar ji we have not paid anything yet when the flat was alloted by sra they told after 10 years der will be registration as by sra der is lock period of 10 years we cant sell or give on rent

See 100 Rs. nominal stamp duty (Stamp Paper of 100Rs) on it agreement of sale is done for Slum Redevelopment project.
In that all conditions are required to be written that you can not sell the flat for 10 years
I still believe some thing is wrong.

Most probably the builder to get more TDR /Salable flat has done some fake thing on your name , this I suspect .
See there is big racket inside SRA , and those who clear the name for Slum project many times they too are temporary people (No permanent govt. Job , this I found while discussing with SRA staff in some other town in Maharashtra)
So no one is reliable in such things , better move quietly and find out whole irregularities and how to make it straight
Regarding selling of SRA flats it is estimated 25% are sold illegally , so govt. is planing to introduce regularizing scheme but it is not yet announced , mostly in year time it is expected.
