Gify executed by prisedent of society with consent of other director inrespect of immovable property in favour of non profitable trust, ordinary member chalkanged the execution of gift. Possision handover to trudt runing institute, prisedent stii claiming he has holding post, rival committe member filed report to reg. Of society and reneved, prisedent filed report is rejected, both were filed the teport after laps of 10 years. Whether can the trust appeall againstthe registrar order had trust isnot a party in society proceeting

Even though Trust was not a party before the Registrar even then being an affecte party, it can certainly go in appeal. Moreover, a gifted property cannot be taken back without the consent of the donee.
