Sro 43 compassionate appointment

(Querist) 07 October 2012 This query is : Resolved
sir , but sro 43 contained in notification, jammu, the 22nd feburary,1994 by govt. of j&k genaral admin. deptt. the family income bar is only on a civilian who dies as a result of militancy related action and is confined to 5000 per month . no family income bar is mentioned in case of state govt. employee who dies in harness.so why it would be a problem for me to get appointment on compassionate basis in case of my family income exceeding 4 lakh ?

As already mentioned in my reply to your another question, since your mother is already employed and is supporting the family of your deceased father, you would not be eligible for the compassionate appointment. Moreover, she would receive family pension of your father.

If you feel that you have a strong case then this forum is not a body providing the compassionate job. Kindly make a representation to the department for seeking compassionate job.

The experts above have explained the rule position as best they could understand. May all of us are wrong.
