When a defendant receives summons he should
first take pain to read the content of summons in which title and no. of cause as well court would be found mentioned and it would be also found for what the summons are.Then act accordingly or visit chamber of a lawyer to file reply and to attend the date of issues.

To know procedures you need to read CPC,Cr.P.C,HIgh court Rules(each have their own),Supreme court Rules.No coaching goes here.

Otherwise A law student should go through law books instead of wasting the valuable time of the experts meant to provide free services to needy poor persons on charity basis.
