Stamp duty

Hi, everyone. What would the stamp duty for an mou in case of receiving a donation. Where the donor makes few rules which the donee has to follow. there is no physical cash involved but the donation is in kind, for a huge amount. Would a Re. 100/- be ok for stamp duty.

Urgent advice required.

In Karnataka 200/- for MOU. I think this transaction considered as gift. It is advisable to contact any stamp authority office and verify the same.

you will have to pay gift tax . what are terms and conditions of MOU . where are you located ?

you can submit document for adjudication if you are not sure about the stamp value of MOU
