What would be the stamp duty payable for a lease of 33 years for a school in Karnataka with a advance of 15 Lakhs and a monthly rent of 1 lakhs 20 thousand.

Purely an academic query. Even if a real problem, getting lease signed worth crores of value for 33 years, but is there any specific reason that you preferred advice on charity basis?
