(1) What is Stamp duty & registration fee on Gift of residential flat located at Mumbai,Maharashtra From Nephew(Bhanja-Sister's Son) To Mama(Sister's Brother).

(2) How the market value of Flat will be calculated if it is in 40 years old building.

show THE HOUSE TO APPROVED VALUERS. ALSO CHECK market VALUE OF SURROUNDING HOUSES IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD WHICH ARE SIMILAR TO YOUR ROUSE market value. So a FAIR market value can be estimated.

Undivided Share Value of Land would have appreciated but Certainly there would be depreciation in Building Value.Confirm with your Concerned Registrar Office.

In Registrar Office they Normally take in to account their Guide Line Value and Not the Market Value Subject to the amount mentioned in the Document to be Executed.
