I HAVE PUCHASED A COMMERCIAL SHOP IN SLUM AREA OF VILE PARLE (WEST) NEAR IRLA TANK.
VALUE RS 11,50,000/- AREA 105 SQ FEET

WANT TO KNOW FOLLOWING THINGS:
1) PAYMENT OF STAMP DUTY AND REGISTRATION ONLINE PROCESS

2) WHAT AMOUNT TO BE PAID FOR STAMP DUTY AND REGISTRATION

Reffer maharashtra stamp act and Bombay Stamp Act, if you have knowldege of law other wise contac local lawyer

For Stamp duty you may have to visit the local registrars office.
