Kindly tell at what rate the Stamp Duty shall be levied on Bank Guarantee, if the same is executed in Chandigarh.

yes.stamp duty varies with each state.the state's stamp duty rates can be verified on line also or from SRO.

As said above by LCI experts,your banker who is to issue the bank guarantee will have to get it stamped as per local laws and the amount will be debited to the bank account of the applicant for bank guarantee, along with bank guarantee commission and also margin for bank guarantee etc...
