ALL RESPECTED SIR, PLEASE TELL ME ABOUT STAMP DUTY OF SRA HOME. IF SRA HOME AGREEMENT IS MADE IN THE YEAR 2003. THE HOME POSSESSION TAKEN BY SRA SCHEME. WITHOUT SALE TRANSACTION STAMP DUTY AND REGISTRATION OF HOME IS COMPULSARY FOR HOLDERS.

why did you not pay stamp duty for 9 years? submit document now for adjudication as to stamp duty payable . registration is also compulsory . it has to be done within 4 monrhs of entering into agreement . further 4 months is granted on payment of penalty

Respected Sethi Sir, I am very thankful as you are always replying my query. Sir what is criteria for Slum redevelop(SRA) home stamp Duty. It is same as like built up for sale (Commercial)Home?
