stamp duty varies from state to state and your query is unclear as to where the partnership(state) you are entering into partnership.

As rightly pointed out by Mr. Vishal, it differs from State to State. In Delhi, it is Rs. 250/-
Similar such thing should be there in Tamil nadu as well. It would be better adviseable to get in touch with the Registrar of Firms to know the exact Stamp Duty payable.

The stamp duty for a partnership deed is Rs.300 in the state of Tamil Nadu, hence you may purchase Non Judicial Stamp papers of value of Rs.300/-.
