PLEASE LET ME KNOW THE STAMP DUTY PAYABLE ON MORTGAGE DEEDS TO BE EXECUTED IN MAHARASHTRA. IS THERE ANY SEPARATE STAMP DUTY / CHARGE PAYABLE FOR MORTGAGES IN FAVOUR OF PRIVATE LENDERS?
