Stamp exemption

Dear Sir,
We are about to receive our project loan disbursement.We have already got Stamp exemption letter from Stamp office which exempt us from paying any stamp duty on Project Loan Documentation.
My question is whether it is possible to execute these documents on Rs.200 stamp paper instead of lodging it with stamp office for adjudication.?
We want disbursement from the bank at the earliest to start our already delayed Project.But this adjudication process will take around one month.We will lodge these documents for adjudication once our disbursement will start.

You are required to lodge the execution of the documents before the Registering office of your area which generally vests with the powers under Stamp Act. This process can be expedited but this is the only remedy available with you.

We are creating an equitable mortagage with bank in which as per my knowledge registration of documents is not required.
