I think no. But if u r going to renew the past agreement (lease agreement/rent agreement etc.) then u can use it by purchasing on the same date of renewal.Otherwise, the document would be false & vague.

if u used the future date stamp paper for the past agreement it amounts in valid and also fruad.
Shashikant V. Patil (Expert) 19 March 2009
Any stamp paper is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. Therefore, you can use it for the present and future agreement within a 6 month. The so called agreement which you want to execute will not be legal and valid.
sanjay singh thakur (Expert) 19 March 2009
Dear Rajeev
You cannot.
SANJAY DIXIT (Expert) 19 March 2009
No validity for stamp papers.
But if you will use the stamp paper of future date, it automatically attracts doubt.
A. A. JOSE (Expert) 20 March 2009
I endorse above views. Stamp paper is valid for 6 months in Gujarat.
M. PIRAVI PERUMAL (Expert) 20 March 2009
I agree with the views.

no stamp papers are valid documents with future dates, which may causes to create the inconsistency, uncertainity and indefiniteness.
