Does the stamp paper value depends on lending money or rate of interest or both? How much valuation stamp paper has to be bought for lending money of 100000 @0.50% intrest per month? How much amount valuation is required for lending momey of 100000 @2.50% intrest per month?

Rs. 100 is sfficient but u must keep in mind that without money lending license u can not lend money rate of interest is another aspect.
