I JUST WANT TO KNOW WHAT IS THE STANDARD FEES OF A ADVOCATE FOR HANDLING A CHEQUE BOUNCING CASE.
FURTHER, HOW MUCH TIME TAKES IN DECIDING A CHEQUE BOUNCING CASE.............
THE CASE IS IN KARKARDOOMA DISTRICT COURT, NEW DELHI

As far as the fee is concerned, it will depend on the advocate whom you approach based on his standing etc, it will certainly differ from one advocate to another. As far as the case is concerned, in normal circumstances, it should conclude within one year time, but it again depends on various other prevailing circumstantial facts.

There is no such thing called rate or standard rate. As already opined, the advocate fee depends on the advocate you choose. There is no fixed fee that can be charged by an advocate. Here the consultation is at free of cost hence you are raising too many queries on the same topic, if you have to raise similar queries while consulting an advocate on appointment, you would have come to know that each and every consultation is charged.
