'A' buy a Car from one showroom.Driver/Owner met with an accident.'A' claimed insurance money which he got..'A'filed consumer complaint against dealer of the car for deficiency in service in repairing a car within time. Court passed an Order in favor of 'A'directing dealer to pay compensation of Rs. 1.5 lacs. Now who will be responsible for repairing parts? Dealer of service center and on which ground Appeal can be filed ?
Devajyoti Barman (Expert) 14 April 2015
Refer to the order. The order is binding against whom it is passed. There should not be any ambiguity on it ans executing court can not bypass the order already passed and hence no new person/party can be saddled with wish obligation.

Agree with the expert Devajyoti Barman.
