hi sir/mam
i have been adviced by u all for my case.first of all let me convey my thanks for giving me awareness about my case.
further i want to ask
one of my son( forgetting that todays situation of his mother has not been created for herself but it was becz of my kids who were also suffering from their father) may or may not come forward to support me when reqrd becz of his wife's pressure and he said he is standing in between ie his wife has told him not to stand opp to his father etc etc
my younger son is staying with me and obviously he is not just to support mother but he has not forgotten how his father has totured them n their mother and above all he too has seen his brother's attitude so he absolutely has his own stand.
i want to have ur advice
1..in the case will this situation come when court asks kid to give their statement .
2.. if one of my son stands and one not or he remains neutral .in that case where my case will stand.i mean will it lose its strength or still my case will be strong enough.
3..i want to have a best lawyer as he has also hired one of the best thts why i didnt seek help from court for any lawyer.
i dont have any other additional income source but i will try to arrange at present to fight the case but lateron ,can i get all lawyer's expenditures from my husband and in addition to what more help can court give me from him regarding this.
plz advice further

1. Yes, may be.
2.Then it would be upon the court to take statements of either of them.
3.If this a matrimonial case then you can apart from monthly maintenance , can get litigation costs as well.

thnx for ur advice .
actually my husband had already got his divorce papers ready in last week nov 11 and had been waitng for an oppurtunity to send me.it happened exactly like that.after i met personally to his off's high authority on 2nd and when he came to know this he posted his papers next day ie on 3rd jan.
now when the authorities have known that the case has started ,they are not entertaining me .not talking to me on phone even.earlier they had said they will definitely take severe action and asked for a complaint letter from me but my husband had already fixed a fielding for me and he got to know about my visit.
evrybody is carrier loving and when he came to know that officially he can be destroyed,he took this step.
i didnot want to harm his official life and so i kept on tolerating .everyone known to me was advicing me to complain in his off but i could never do and now when i gatherd my courage luck didnt favour me .he has taken undue advantage of my silence and generosity and family values otherwise i would have done it so earlier.
so not elaborating further and taking ur enough time i want to knaow.....
1...should i still continue with my efforts by writing a letter to them in which i can mention whatever they said as they became the reason when they had promised that will not disclose to him after i said them not to reveal him and expressed my fear that if he comes to know i have come here he will destroy me.but they went back from their words may be they wanted to hear other side also or wanted to warn him,i cant say any thing.
secondly earlier he had purchased a flat and before filing petition for divorce he sold that flat and started living on rented house to show that i have not allowed him to enter there.he had taken loan from bank . i have heard from my friend that he has purchased another hidden properity in thane but i cant say how much true this is??
