Respected sir,
my query is below,
i am file civil suit for stay for stop tv serial one mythology serial,becouse in that part of role of actors,show different means not show look propers,(example in lord shiv show in tv serial like saibaba in look out)our sant show different look out,so file civil suit for above subject,civil judge,say we have not power give you stay & show provision section i give you stay? please help me for provision & give related authority.riven

dear friend, u should be thankful to the civil judge that ur case has been entertained, otherwise various such type of litigations the high courts have imposed costs while dismissing such type of petitions.
in such a matter the remedy lies with the Broadcasting ministry.
first establish ur grouse before the govt....court are not to settle the mythological issues.
mythology is a matter of faith and not of law...u tell me whether Lord Shiva would himself appear as witness in the case?
pls try to understand the factual circumstances, dont get swayed by the emotions...my advice could be a bitter pill but i ve told u what the actual legal position is.riven

Mytheology is a matter of faith and not of law. You may think one Saint/god should appear in one particular way whereas the publisher may produce him in another way, which is not an offense under any law of land rather it is freedom of speech and expression, however, TV serial if airs any discriminatory or defamatory fact hurting the faith of any particular religion, he is not only liable for criminal action but also civil consequences like filed by you but in the given circumstances nothing seems there. So better withdraw suit and make correspondence with the relevant authorities as advised.riven
