Stay on attachment order u/s 125

The M.M court directed order for stay on attachment order u/s 125 without hearing another party the husband grant stay by giving false evidence on record . After granting stay the matter shifted to Family court from MM court . Can we file revision petition on this order . how can we challenge the order as it is given without haring complainant, on false evidence by accused. Is family court is session court?

family court is not session court . if you are aggrieved by order of maintenance file revision application before sessions court

Order was passed by MM ct;
Only Family ct order can be challenged in High Court, not of MM

as you informed that MM court pass an order then you can file a revision petition before session court or high court.
