You cannot approach the Supreme Court at this stage. You have to take the final order from the High Court on your stay application and then go there.

until and unless your application for stay is not decided by high court you can not move supreme court.

(1) You may ask the High Court to grant stay on some condition (payment of some amount or any other) and you may comply with the said condition. Generally the Stay will be granted in that case. If the said application is dismissed, you may move the Supreme Court for immediate justice; OR (2) File an Application in the High Court for fixing of early date for final hearing of the case, so that it will not take long time. If you are senior citizen (above 65 years), your case will be taken up out of turn. The above are my general suggestions, but ask your Advocate for suitable advice.

you should immediate approach to Supremer court for stay and as per your case once an appeal admitted for regular hearing then operation of imputed order must stay to avoid to multiplicity of litigation.in this respect i have read a judgment of Apex court published in the year 1989 in some book but at present i have not remember.
