The query may be drafted again properly to provide clear understanding.

What is the opinion of your own lawyer that has represented you?

Apparently the property was given for cultivation /contract and name of the person was shown probably as 'Kashtkar'.

Now how was the title of the property shown in the name of wife of this person (step mother), in 1990?

Then in 2011 how the original owner was able to sell the property?

Then how can step son claim stake on the property when the step mother is still alive and property was never in the name of his biological father/

The lawyer that has already examined all docs on record can advise you the best.
