the mooveable property of A will be inherited aby all six children .
prabhakar singh (Expert) 29 September 2012
A's property,if A died leaving behind 6 children in all then first divide it in six part.1/6 to each surviving son and 1/6 to each surviving daughter and 1/6 of the deceased son shall be divided further in three parts out of which 1/18 shall go to his
widow and 1/18 to each of his children.

Each of the A's daughter having 1/6 can relinquish her share by a registered deed in favor of remaining all heirs or in favor of heirs' of her choice.
