stoppage of pension

sir,

one of my client was working in a co-operative society as a sweeper and she has been given pension monthly. but, now days society has stopped paying pension on the ground of insufficiency of funds .
where i can file a complaint ?

In case, she was getting pension under statutory provisions of law, she can file writ petition. otherwise she has to co-partitive tribunal. jurisdiction of Labour Court is not available in view of Ghaziabad Zila Sahkari Bank Ltd Vs. Addl. Labour Commissioner & Ors
