hello
my husband is no more so legally i get all the property of his but my gold lies with my inlaws so i asked for my gold only.
Against which i was told that they will pay in 2 parts only.one ie 10% is paid and remaining 90% they have to pay through DD but they are asking me to come and collect it and bring all neccessary documents though the agreement didnt state that.
it stated that on receipt of the whole amount within 30 days the documents will be submitted.now they are threating that they will submit the DD to the court on context that i am refusing to oblige.
do i need to go there to collect the DD and when it is mentioned that within 30 days i have to give the NOC do i need to do it before that.

U must state the property involved
If they are trying to remove you from your residence, Apply under DV, u will get back your gold ornaments immediately as interim relief, and will get residence order.
Consult and keep a Advocate for every transactions, or they may cheat you with 10%. Do not commit anything. Do not sign any Documents without Adv advise, and your parents, brothers should be aware of your transactions.

I believe it a mere receipt for the amount which they are paying you.
If that is so then there is no harm to visit your in laws and receive the DD after putting your signature on the receipt for it only.
Do not sign any other document only.
