Dear experts/lawyers of Bombay High Court,
We students of a Management College have filled a case against our college, which has expelled many of the students on grounds of illegal admissions after we had completed 60% of our course.our last hearing was around 2 months back.During that hearing the concerned bench announced that the next date we get for our hearing will be computer generated. We have been checking the court website regularly after that but till now we have not got any date.could you please tell me the procedure to get a date on urgent basis as we have already waited long enough.the matter is very sensitive as career of of many students depend on it.
Kindly reply.

Sometime the courts adjourn cases with out mentioning dates. This mostly happens in case when judge wants to pronounce order when he takes up the case next time.
Try with a petition under RTI Act. You must get information in a months time.
